Admission Procedure And Guidelines
For the academic year 2025-2026, the Online Admission Enquiry Form will open on Monday, 4th Nov 2024 at 9:00 am.
Seats are available in the following grades: Nursery, LKG, Grade V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X.
1. Please fill in the ‘Admission Enquiry’ form to register your interest reflecting on the website. The details filled in the enquiry form are the only means of communication between you and the school. Therefore, please fill them with utmost care. All fields are mandatory.
2. Seats are not available in Grades 1 to 9. In these grades, seats can be allotted only against cancellation. The school will get in touch with you as per the token number for a prerequisite process, after you fill in the enquiry form.
3. Once the ‘Admission Enquiry’ form is filled in, a token number is generated based on which you shall be called for a counselling session in the school campus.
4. After the counselling session, should you wish to take the process further, you will have to notify the Admission Team during the counselling session. The Admission Team will send you an email with the details of registration and a link to the admission form.

General Instructions:
1. We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.
2. Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.
3. You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.
4. The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.
Documents Required During the Admission Process:
1. Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.
2. Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
3. All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.
4. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.
5. The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.
Online Registration Process:
1. You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.
2. An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
3. The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.
Please Note:
1. The details filled in the enquiry form are the only means of communication between you and the school. Therefore, please fill them with utmost care. All fields are mandatory. We would advise you to create an exclusive email ID and register with the same with us along with your current phone number. Future communication will be done on the same. Kindly refrain from providing the workplace email address.
2. A token number is generated upon every successful submission of the enquiry form. Therefore, please avoid filling in the form multiple times.
3. Please save the token number for all future communication regarding admission.
4. If you do not hear from us within 15 days from the date of filling the enquiry form, we may reach out to you only in the month of March 2025.
Disclaimer: The School will not be responsible for any errors in the details provided by you. Please be aware that only filling in the Admission Enquiry Form does not suffice for admission at PICT. It only indicates your intention to seek admission. Parents who have submitted their intent to seek admission through this form will be considered for further admission process.
