At D.Y. Patil Dnyanshanti School, we aim to make the admission process simple, transparent, and stress-free for parents. We value parents' right to choose the best educational environment for their child and do not require formal interviews for admission. Instead, an informal interaction is held to understand the child's needs.
Admission for the Academic Session 2025-26:
Seats are available in the following grades: Nursery, LKG, Grade V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X.
Admission Process & Policy:
1. Offline Registration:
Visit the school Admin Office between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm to procure the prospectus and registration form.
Submit the completed forms along with required documents at the front desk for registration.
2. Online Registration:
Register online by visiting Online Registration Portal.
Complete the payment and registration, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Visit the school office with the registration receipt to complete the formalities.
3. Age Criteria:
Age norms set by the government for admission must be strictly adhered to. For example, the child must be at least 6 years old by 31st December for Grade I admission.

Documents are mandatory. The Transfer Certificate and Report Card of the current year can be submitted to the school office before the school closes for summer break.
5. Interaction Schedule:
After submitting the registration form, parents will receive a date and time for an informal interaction with the Principal, where the child must be present with both parents.
6. Admission:
Following the interaction, provisional admission is granted, pending fee payment and submission of required documents.
Important Notes:
- Admission will not proceed if criteria for any step are not fulfilled.
- Admission is confirmed only upon full payment of fees on the day of interaction.
- 25% of seats are reserved for RTE quota.
- Sibling admissions are given priority if seats are available.
- Admission is open to all children regardless of race, religion, caste, nationality, or gender.
- Parents are advised to clarify all policies related to refunds and admissions.
- School transport is optional and must be arranged on the day of interaction.

Click here for more details7. Admission Withdrawal Policy:
- Cancellations before 31st March will receive a refund of the tuition fee, but admission and registration fees are non-refundable.
- After 31st March, refunds will be on a pro-rata basis, depending on the discontinuation month.
- The Transfer Certificate process requires the clearance of dues and takes 10 working days after submission of the necessary application.
8. Processing Of Transfer Certificate:
The Transfer Certificate Form once certified as ‘No Dues’from Class Teacher, Library, Accounts Office and Administration Department, is further processed for producing the ‘Transfer Certificate’ within 10 school office working days.
If the withdrawal of admission is applied after the due date of school fees, the parent is liable to pay the respective instalment and late fee if applicable and only then the withdrawal application is taken for further process.
